single mom looking for support
 

Hi
I am a single mom from Vancouver, B.C. I am starting to exercise and watch what I eat. The hardest thing is to find the time. I work and I will be going to University in the fall. If anyone wants to check in with me on a regular bases to provide support for one another that would be great:D I am a little new to these forums and threads so if anyone has advice to help me navigate that would be great:mag:

It's pretty easy to navigate! You can just look down the long list on the main Forums page to find different forums that are available. Feel free to post a new thread or answer one that's already going.

The main page has lots of information on weight loss programs and resources.
