Hi everyone :)

I'm Clare and I have just started yet another diet but somehow this one feels different because this time I feel I CAN and WILL do it! I've been reading some of the posts in the forum and seeing how well some of you guys are doing makes me think " well if they can do it so can I "

Keep up the hard work everyone and hopefully I will soon be posting about my weight loss to :)
