[COLOR="DeepSkyBlue"]Hi Ladies! I am brand new to the 3fatchicks world. My name is Sarah.I am 23, mother of two. I have a four and a half year old, and a 5 month old. I have been trying really hard to shed pounds/inches, and have been pretty successful until recently. The weight loss has been pretty stagnant for about a month now, and i am really trying to reach my goal by June 22nd, but have not had the dicipline needed lately to make anything happen. I havent really exercized since giving birth due to breaking my tailbone during delivery, and dont even know where to start now.... I was doing very well as far as my food choices go, until recently anyway, and need some encouragement to get back on track. I am breastfeeding exclusively, and this does have an impact on my required caloric intake and the nutrition requirements, so my situation is a little more difficult. Any nursing mothers out there??? Any advice/help would be much appreciated. I dont really know the first thing about dieting or exercising so PLEASE HEEEEEELP!!/COLOR
