Hi, my name's Anne and I'm a long time lurker, first time poster. :D

I've read this site for a long time and it really helped me, it's full of wonderful people and great advice. As you can see from the sidebar, I started off at 186 and am now at 163.5 and I am hoping to lose another 20 pounds or so. :yes:

I work out a lot, so I am not focusing too much on the weight but it sure feels nice to fit into 'medium' size clothes than the 1X I used to wear!!
