WELCOME. We all do our own thing. For me it is never to diet again. I count calories, exercise, drink plenty of water, eat lots of vegetables, fruit, high fiber cereals & ww tortillas, low fat protein such as salmon, turkey & buffalo, low fat dairy like soy milk and yogurt. To me this is a change for the rest of my life. If I can't do it long term I'm not going to do it. Good luck on your journey with weight loss.
