3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community - Where did that arm flap come from??

Hello All!

I'm new and I am so glad I ran into this site. I am and soon won't be a member of a popular online weight loss program. There was just too much nastiness and tension amongst the folks in the forums...not a positive way to lose weight...thus the reason why I quit trying a month ago..that and two little boys (ages 4 and 1 year)...I stress eat and eat out of boredom and I'm too tired to go out and exercise...okay excuses, excuses.

I had my husband take my "before" pictures the other day so that I could see what I look like...and let me tell you it really made me sit up and say, okay time to get serious. I'm also going to call the doctor and get my "Well Woman" check-up...(Had your check up lately?).

I'm glad we are in this together!!! :D
