Hi My name is Tiffany, and i am new to this forum and to dieting lol
I am a mother of 2 My son is 5 and My daughter is 2, ever since i got pregnant with my son, i have been gaining weight and losing a few pounds here and there, but i have never been able to keep the weight off. I decided today that i want to be happy and healthy and i am goign to give it my all, My husband is currently deployed to Afghanistan and i haven't told him that i am going to lose weight so this will be a nice surprise for him when he gets home :D I would love to chat with some of you sometime and meet some new friends that understand what i am going through.

Welcome Tiffany! Your intro caught my eye...I am also a mother of 2 a son that's 5 and a daughter that's 2. Running after them certainly keeps me on track exercise wise!

You have definitely come to the right place for motivation, support, kick in the rear, place to vent, you name it theres a place for it here!

Lol well we all get off track sometimes, i don't even know how many times i would be sitting on the couch eating ice cream and junk, saying to myself that i would start tommorrow, that i would lose this weight, and tommorrow never came, i just had to kick myself in the butt and i did that yesterday.
I am actually doing the herbal Magic plan, I am very excited! I was a little worried at first because of the supplements, but they wean you off of them and teach you how to portion, and what foods to eat and what ones not to eat :) only time will tell.:?:

Thanks!! and congrats on the weight loss so far you are doing great:cool: Yes i agree with you on the running around after the kids, they keep me busy. My daughter is just a little devil child sometimes, i tell you she does it to get a rise out of me lol, but i still love her. Thanks again for the wonderful welcome, i look forward to getting kicked in the butt!! lol
