Hi, my name is Dyan.
I, as I am sure most of you have battled weight all your life. I was doing very well, and was in a size 8, until about 10 months ago. Stress and depression give me the munchies!
I am back on a low carb diet, and have so far gone from a size 16 to a 14.
I am grateful this site exists, and I am looking forward to meeting new friends!

I, too, as a long term goal am looking to lose about 25-20 lbs. You have come to the right place! This is a great site with lots of great people and support. One of my favorite things to do is look at the Goal photos. Very inspiring!
