Ready to be the biggest loser

  • Hello everyone, I'm so glad that I stumbled across this website and hope to meet and work with many of you on my weight loss journey. I need all of the help I can get, so any advice that can be given I am definitely willing to accept. Right now I'm in the process of trying to choose an appripiate weight loss program to join and stick with throughout this journey. As of now I'm leaning really hard towards weight watchers because to me it has the least restriction and I hate being or feeling restricted. So if you know of any others that fits my personality, write me and let me know.

    If you're looking for a program, boy did you stumble into the right spot. Look around! I am a calorie counter and am very happy with that approach, but lots of people here follow lots of different plans and are doing well! Scan a bit to see if one approach seems like you could do it for the rest of your life, then get started.

    Welcome , this is a great site, there are lots of great people here,and you can find lots of great information. I am not on any plan, just watch my calories, and exercise. I am taking it one day at a time and I also use a food dairy online. any questions please ask. cheryl

    The only thing I do is calorie count and of course exericse and drink plenty of water...Ive been eating alot healthier lately and my body is already starting to feel much better.
  • Right now I am losing weight by counting calories, but I have done Weight Watchers in the past and really liked it. I don't think I would be doing so well at eating healthy if I had not learned so much from Weight Watchers. I would definitely suggest it, especially if you feel lost putting together your own strategy.
  • Hello I just joined online weight watchers and so far I am loving it!! I am learning alot from WW. I still enjoy this site and I still watch my calories-habit. Drink alot of water and walking. Good luck to everyone!!
