Default New Noob With Much To Lose

Hello All! My name is Nikki and i am 24, i came across this forum through google and read a few posts and i think this is exactly the place i have been looking for, I am at my heaviest now 266 (ugh) and im motivated to lose weight and most important get healthy, for myself. Well i hope to get to know you all and big to everyone

good for you LittleNikki. I've just got to my biggest ever and I'm dying to get started . What is your plan of attack ,what kind of food plan and exercise plan will you be following ?

Well at the moment my eating plan is as much fruit and veg as possible as well as pasta to fill me up and as for excercising i previously didnt do any at all not even walking to im starting with a walk everyday and planning to join the gym in about 2 weeks (but thats due to having no money at the moment. oops)
