hey i am new i just started and wanted to say hi.
see if anyone has some good advice on how i can lose some of this weight.
i have three boys youngest is 3 but i still get asked if i am pregnant!
(that sucks).
i need to lose about 60lbs.
i also just wanted to say this is really great cause i moved to florida not to long ago so
i really dont know anyone.
it will be nice to have someone to talk to.
The only advice I can give you on looseing weight, is exercise, drink plenty of water, and choose healthier foods oh and most important DON'T GIVE UP!! Good luck wiht everything!
There are many different diets to choose from. Go to 3FC main page and click on diets you will find reviews on different diets or go to the forums and click on one there, you will find plenty of suggestions and encouragement. I personally count calories along with exercise.This works for me , but I do not knock other plans, Find what works best for you. Good Luck.
