  • I thought I'd introduce myself. I'm a 26 year old mother of three. I'm a full time student so with all that I have going on its hard for me to find the time to take care of myself. Or maybe I should say its easier to eat what the kids like and not exercise. I hope to find a good support system because I am so tired of carring around this extra weight. I want to loose about 100/105 lbs.

  • Welcome Shannon. It is a great idea to get to a healthy weight while you are still young. I wish I would of done it 20 years ago. If I would of known what I know now I could of. I know I never have to go on a diet again. I eat healthy, exercise, drink plenty of water and never go too long without eating. I also count calories. I hope all your dreams come true.
