Hey everyone!
 

I am so glad to be here. My name is Joanne, I live in North Carolina and I have a 2 year old son named Logan. I am trying to loose 20lbs and then after that 20lbs I woul dlike to loose another 10. Anyways, I have been struggling with my weight problem it seems like forever. I can never stick to a diet. I will be on a diet for like a week or even 2 weeks and then I just quit...and I hate that! I get so depressed b/c I feel ugly and nasty. My husband tells me Im beautiful all the time but I do not feel it. I want to loose this weight soo bad I want to be proud of myself and I want my family to be proud of me also. I was supposed to start my diet today but um that did not work out at all. I have quit drinking soda though, Im really loving water..when I do drink soda Its always diet...but I know even diet isnt good for you. Anyways, im realy really hoping I can stick to this, this time around. Im looking foward to making new friends here and shedding the pounds lol.

Hi Joanne!!!! We might be bloomin neighbors!!!! I am a transplant to NC!!! Are you following any certain diet??? I do WW on my own and with the help of all the fine people here.

Boy I bet you will notice I difference with just cutting out the soda. There is oooodles of info on this site! Good luck to you and I hope you post often!!!!

Hmm....I dont really follow any certain diets. I do count my calories to make sure I dont go over 1200 a day, I drink at least 8 cups/bottles of water a day, I exercise probably 2x a day. But I have been getting slack on the exercising :(
