Hi,
Well I finally bit the bullet and joined this site. I have visited often and lurked around kinda scared to make the committment. I was on Nutrisystem, doing well and then just lost all motivation. Been off for a month, doing the ice cream, pizza thing and put on all I lost.
Re started today, but realized I need encouragement and friendship of people in the same boat as me if I am going to suceed in my quest to lose weight.
I want to lose 50 pounds.:dizzy:
I am from Hawaii, live on the island of Kauai and am a nursing supervisor.
