WELCOME. You've come to the right place. You will not find a better group of people then the ones right here. I personally like the 100 lb club. After 20 yrs of dieting I've stopped. I will never go on a diet again. I eat healthy and exercise and come here often to chat or just read. It is working for me. I hope it works for you also.
