Hi, I'm 21 and have, 2 days ago, embarked upon my plan to lose weight. I've finally decided to go for it in a big way and wasn't aware that this place even existed! I'm really optimistic, but would really love it for people in a similar boat to get in touch so that we can just support each other that little bit extra, keep each other motivated, and share a few tips. Love it.

WELCOME. I think this a great place for the support. You might want to try the 20 something support. Check out all the areas and post where you feel comfortable. Good luck on your weight loss journey. I believe weight loss to be 99% in your head. :carrot:

Hi and welcome, I'm not new here just haven't been around for a while. I have started over after about a year of not caring :( I also started a few days ago for the last time. I'm DETERMINED to get healthy again. Looks like we are about the same weight with the same goals in mind, are you on any specific diet? Good Luck!
