Just poppin' in to say "Hi".

I came across this site looking for P1 SB recipes and was so impressed with the content that I had to sign up.

My wife and I are doing it together and I feel like having a place like this to go, outside of our own microcosmic diet ignorance, will be a great resource and support.

Welcome! I'm fairly new here also. I think it's great when husbands & wives can do this together. I love the commercial where the wife says "He gave up bread and lost... I haven't eaten bread in two years..." (can't remeber it all) My husband & I are calorie counting and moving more...and yup, he's loosing quicker than I am. ;)
