I have just come out of a four year relationship and it was heart breaking. I have finally come to the decision that bettering myself may make me feel better. So I am starting with weight lose.
I have always been overweight. My parents owned a restaurant when I was younger and I always ate fried food. And my habits have not changed since I have grown up.
I have been very lazy these last couple months and need to get out of the gutter. I have started, what I call an exercise plan. It is more like a stretch routine than an aerobic workout. But I don't have the motivation I need.
I guess I am hear looking for some motivation and some friends. I am just at that point that I don't know what to do and I need some help. Which leads me back toI don't know if I am in the right place.
Please help me !!! If you can't help could you send me in the right direction.
I have read some of the postings and you guys seem great!!!!
