My Introduction
Hello you guys.
I woke up today and decided that i need to lose weight, and then i found this website. Today all i had was coffee and water and i really have no idea on how to lose weight but i know i need to get this weight off because i fees so disgusting. so thats my introduction. |
Welcome, First find a plan that works for you. It has to be something you will do for the rest of your life. To go on a diet and then off a diet will only cause you to lose the weight and then gain it back.
For me it means, eat several small meals a day of about 1300 -1400 calories. Consisting of turkey, fish, chicken, lots and lots of vegetables, some fruit, cereals high in fiber, low fat dairy. I exercise, weights and cardio and drink plenty of water. Try different things. You can lose weight but the key is to keep it off. Good luck. |
