Hi all you losers!! I was hoping this might be the help Iam looking for. I am ready to be a big loser, but I need someone who is going through the same thing. I lost 60 lbs. 2 years ago and the second I went off my lifestyle change it started coming back. I am a diabetic and just went to the doctor and did I catch ****. My sugar is out of control,Ifeel terible and am avoiding mirrors again.Ifelt 100% better when I lost the weight, now I feel ick! and have for a long time. I started back on my Leslie Sansone yesterday, its just trying to get my hunger in check. I remember last time how great it felt when I beat the hunger and eating was something to fuel up on. So I am going to follow along and hopefully I can get unspired.I live in Kansas City , am 49, love cats and gardening. nice to meet everyone!

I guess it wasn't really a "lifestyle change"... ;) But this time you can make it different! I don't need to tell you that your life depends on it, what with the diabetes. We do have forums here for those who are trying to lose weight and have challenges like diabetes, PCOS, and other conditions--just scroll down the main forums page.
