Hello, this site looks like there is alot of support and encouragement which is what I need! :D I've gone from 135 to 206 in 4 years and I've reached the point where I know I need help and I'm trying. I hope to read more encouraging stories and this will inspire me. :carrot: Have a great day all!

Good for you for deciding to try! You'll find lots of information here about different food programs and exercise--just browse around. There are forums for different plans, too, in the Diet Central section.
