Hi Everyone,
my name is Katie and Im 27 yrs old. I guess you could say I battled with my weight for some time. When I started this weight loss journey, I thought it would take longer than what it did for the way I had my kids back to back. The first week of my new lifestyle change, I had a doubt that I would be able to stick with it considering the amount of stress I was under. I'm one of those people that had tried just about every diet available. I was a sweet tooth and late night junky eater!!! I saw no possible solution for staying away from this. Oh how I tried and once again slipped back into "junk" mode.
At my highest weight, I was 185 pounds. Seeing a 4'10" midget, pudgy and fat like the michelin man was not a happy site for me. My goal is 95-100 pounds, but Ive stuck to maintain at 110 pounds. I am much healthier and active than what I used to be.

WOW great weight loss..... After trying many diets like I think all of us do....... What finally worked for you????

I drink lots of water whether it is plain or with a lemon in it. I do not drink anything like juice or soda. I do not eat after 7:30pm and if I do eat after this time it is usually a piece of fruit(since it reminds me soo much of candy) lol.

Sounds good... Ive been drinking lots of water or crystal light...Ive been trying to stick with not eating late myself becuase I was a really bad late night snacker.... Thanks for sharing! :)
