I'm 51 yrs. old...and 5"3 inches tall. I weighed 220 lbs....but I've been doing the You diet since October and I've lost 30 lbs. I feel really good...but finding time to exercise is hard. I also have trouble before bed...I love to watch movies...and I love to eat popcorn...but I have cut back alot. I have 5 kids....2 married....one in college...and 2 boys at home.
