Hi everyone,Im a 35 year old mum of 4 from England,Im 5"6 and want to loose 2 stone but 1 would be good for now but definately 1 and a half by mid June,going on hols,Im going to log on every day and chat to you luvly bunch,Im justing going around the site and seeing so much its fantastic:D so please say hi to me and lets all do this ok and be super, duper ,summer,SLIM, babes,how about it,lets get that control back and feel confident and good about ourselves and stop looking around and seeing slim ladies and hating ourselves for it.
I went to a clothes shop last week and cried and walked out,I feel sad when I see my reflection in the window and sick when I see me in the mirror.I want to love me and who I am,Im not getting any younger and need to do it for ME(hubby wouldnt mind either).Iv done it before and thats how my life goes weight up and down and this time Its going to be for GOOD.
GREAT TO MEET YOU ALL love FLOWEFAIRY(I chose this name because it makes me smile :D and not sad:( which is how I realy do feel)

Also, beyond the forums you can find many resources here--like a calorie counter and reviews of weight loss plans and much more.

Welcome flowerfairy, This is a great site for support. Look around and I'm sure you will find some great threads for support, challenges, chatter, etc. A holiday is a great goal to aim for. You can do it!
