How to start out?
Hi.
I'm new here, just started so I still have a loooong way to go. I've always heard that it should be easier to lose weight in the beginning, but it is going really really slow for me. It has taken me almost 2 months to lose only 2 kg, so if you have any good tips or advices for how to lose weight in the beginning plz post them . Thank you . Love and Support Rikke |
