So I am Heather from Ontario.

I will not dwell on the past because I am here to focous onthe future-cheesy but true!

I am going through a lifestyle change not a "diet"
I will be proud of my body and who I am.
I want to be able to get in the morning without draggingmy butt over to my computer and jump up with a spark in my step.

Have the strength to do all the sports and activites I enjoy,

Genereally just get my life bacK

Hi Heather! Good to meet you. I'm new here too, joined yesterday. Everyone is sooooo nice! And I know what you mean about getting your life back, thats what I want too and to be healthy. I have a wonderful husband and kids, I need to do this for me........so I'm around alot longer to bug them! Ha! Good Luck!

I've only been around myself for a few days but it is certainly inspiring to see the people who have so much success!!! I am hoping many can give me the inspiration I need and the support to get myself going in a better direction. Its tough to do it alone.......Michelle
