Well, I'm new to this site. I found 3FC in an online search looking for diet generators and I'm so glad I did. I have gained weight with each of my 2 pregnancies and just can't get the weight off. It has been 4years since I had my youngest daughter. I lost down to 174 until the gym I worked out at lost it's roof during Hurricane Ivan. I have since went back up to 196 and now down to 183. Mostly which was lost in one week due to suddenly developing diabetes at 29yrs old. So, just a quick hello and I'm off to find the diabetic support topics. Hope to talk to some of you soon!

Glad to see you here! By now you've probably found the diabetes group--there are forums for a number of dieting challenges.
