Hi i am new here...i have been looking for quite some time but have never really made an attempts at announcing myself...anyways...i could really use some friends to help in encouraging me to lose weight....i need to drop about 80 pound....but i would be happy with a few each month....have to been happy with myself for quite some time and am now needing to get serious because of health concerns in my family....
