I am new here, what a great site!

I am trying, once again, to lose weight. I am 54 years old and I need to take better care of my self.

This site almost seems too good to be true! I have spent quite a bit of time wandering through the posts and I have yet to read a single negative post, just kind and supportive people helping other people.

How refreshing!
