slowly but surely, I will loose this weight!
I have read about this website in Oprah magazine, so had to check it out. I have been trying to loose for 7 months now, was down 13 pounds but went to Mexico and gained 5. Depressing.
I am excited to be writing and even if no one reads this, I hope that this journal will keep me accountable to myself.
I know what I have to do, I have to eat less and exercise more.
I will finish with a wonderful quote that I read in prevention magazine,
"Nothing tastes as good as being slim feels."
Last week I weighed in at 157, my goal is between 145-140. When I started this diet in Sept of 2006 I weighed in at 167.8.
I wish all my deiting chicks the very best in their weight loss journey
