Hello! I joined this site a couple weeks ago as I was searching for some more motivation to get my last 41.8 pounds off. I've been so pleasantly surprised by this site and what it has to offer that I decided to get a little more involved!
I started my weight loss journey 2 years ago, I have hit two major plateaus during those two years and have learned that I enjoy the size I get to and when the time is right, I get re-motivated and start the loss again. This time though I have something to work for, my first sprint-triathlon :D That all said, I know that this last stretch is going to be by far the hardest. I've lost 5 pounds in the last two weeks and now that the cravings are far less I'm stepping up the vegetable and fruit intake as well as the gym time. |

Welcome! :wave: I've hit some awful plateaus, too. I've been on my journey for SEVEN YEARS! I have heard of a Triathlon but haven't heard of a SPRINT-Triathlon. Swim, bike, SPRINT? Sounds like your last two weeks have been GREAT! :carrot: Cheryl |
