A Flabuless Newbie
Hi ya
I have been floating around this forum for some time now...I absolutely love what I see...you guys are ALL doing so well and are so supportive of each other. So I thought i had better start participating and getting involved... I have been loosing weight since 2005 so far I have lost 95lbs. If you are interested you can see my journey in pictures HERE. My secret is that I had weightloss surgery (lapband) but it is NOT the easy way out believe me I still have to exercise and watch what I eat so I am on a long term diet not a quick fix...anyhows I am a pretty open and crazy person...as you will see from my cartoons on my blog site... but I love meeting people so I am looking forward to getting to know you all. :) beck |
