Well not as dramatic, but I'm glad to be on this board, and on my way to loosing 10 lbs over the next 21 days!
Here're my goals, feedback is always welcome.
Goals:
Wake up each weekday by 6.45AM.
Weekend by 7.45AM.
Workout in the morning!
Read during the night!
No Alcohol during the next 21 days!
