hello all
 

hi im an ex pat living in michigan and i lost quite abit of weight before i came and now ive put it back on and i feel awful i cant get into my clothes and i feel like a lump! i dont walk as much as i used to and need some enthusiasm !!!
and id like to get into my clothes again and feel healthier and not avoid the mirror at all costs!
so im hoping joining this may help with support and inspiration and not feeling im the only one!

thankyou and yes i can do it..i lost about 7olb before and although i still had some to go i had a whole new wardrobe which now doesnt fit and thats the heartbreaking thing ....i think moving here and the different foods didnt help me!! but i know im responsible for what goes in my body i cant go blaming everything else!!!
but today is a new week and im more determined than ever ive promised myself ill walk to school with the kids daily and they have started aquafit at the local pool and when i looked its not full of skinny women its allsorts so i feel better and im gonna join this week
so im feeling determined and raring to go!!!!!!
ive set a mini goal to get back in my size 20 clothes i was a 30 before i started and im at about a 26 now and i am not buying anything new!!! i shall be in my size 20 asap im not spending the summer depressed again and miserable hiding and not enjoying the sun!:dizzy:
