Ok so im new here well new to posting and stuff i have been using this site as some support by just reading and browsing but i decided might as well sign in too right!!!
well i started trying to lose weight the begining of 2007 i weighed in at 220 what has been my highest point of weight gain im now at 205 im pretty excited but cant see where i have lost it i feel the same . Im doing diet and excersise im walking 3 times a day and not eating passed 6pm its worked for me so far
well im hoping to make new friends and hoping to be able to be as much support as possible

in the pic on the bottom the first pic was in feb 07 at disneyland 220 then the one with me and my carrot in the pink at 215 then the one in the grey at 210 and the one in the white at 205 im hoping this works
You are just SIX POUNDS away from being in ONEderland, that marvelous place where ONES not TWOS are in the front of the weight number!
You can do this! Take it a bit at a time. First get those six pounds off then move to the next five or six. When you take it in small bits it really is a lot easier to deal with mentally!
