I'm still in high school, and this year I have gained more weight than ever before. I'm 140, and I want to be 115 like I was 2 years ago. I'm a cheerleader, and ym coach told me I really need to lose this weight for next September. I have the terrible habit of overeating when 'm bored or alone, and I'm terribly unmotivated to lace up my running shoes. I am in the same boat as you are with that I need some tips to get me moving. The only thing I have done so far is to take a few unflattering pictures of me in my bikini and post them to the door of my snack cupboard. Also I have tried to record everything I put in my mouth. I leave this list up on the fridge, where everyone can see it. It helps because I don't want people to see that I eat all this unhealthy food, so I try to substitute it with food that will look good on the list. It's been working quite well so far. Any tips for excersize motivation ??
