Hello out there. I'm from Ontario Canada and this looks to be a wonderful site. For years I was skinny, skinny and then had a child 17 years ago. Since then I have struggled to lose weight. I'm not at 162 lbs and desperately want to lose the weight as I'm sick of tight fitting clothes and not feeling good about myself. I want to feel good, look great and feel sexy again like I used to. I'm interested in doing a high fibre/low fat diet as this worked well for me the past. Here I go......Glad to be here.
