Back Again!!!!!!And glad about it!!!
Hello everyone!!:hug: I am a 26 year old female who wants to make 2007 her year to concer this weight problem. I have been strugglin with obesity for the past seven years or should I say all my life .I guess I always been border line . The reality is that I went to the Doctor about a week ago, trying to blame my no weight lose on diabetis or something but guess that did not work because everything came back great....Thank God !!! But I was kind of hoping I could blame it on something ...Anyways, I am ready I have been going to the gym since december but really have not lost and ever since I been keeping this food journal it has sunk in .....I was still eating garbagge .....no denial anymore.. just need A WHOLE bunch of support I hope you guys are there for me...............
