I am here because I need support from people who don't know me in RL. The people around me love me but aren't always the best support system. I am at my highest weight ever and it really scares me. I don't want to live like this anymore. My username is she is in here because I know the thin girl I used to be is still in here somewhere, now I just have to work hard to find her.

Hi sheisinhere - welcome! Its great to have such an amazing support group that you can access any time you're at a computer...whether thats at work (and someone brought in a dozen donuts) or at home (and the ice cream in the freezer is calling your name).

Do you have a specific plan you're following? If you do, we probably have a forum for it. If not, look around and see what seems like it would fit in with you and your lifestyle. Then find the spots that feel like home, settle in, and keep posting!

You might want to check out the 100 lb club - an amazing group of women in the process of losing 100 lbs or more, at all stages in that process.

Most important, keep posting so you can get the support you need!
