I'm ready to lose again!
 

I've been reading through the board and this is a very supportive site for users of SB. My name is Rachel and I lost 30 pounds 3 years ago on this diet. It was great! I loved the food and it never seemed like a hardship plus I could eat all through the day. Unfortunately, those pepsis just kept being drunk by me and....I'm ready to lose the 20 pounds I've gained.

Today was my first day of Phase I and so far its been okay. I'm feeling a little edgy as I get adjusted, but my slim-a-bear will help with that.:smug:

Anyway, I'm looking forward to being here.
