I'm new to your board here - found it quite by accident. While attending a weight watchers meeting yesterday, the leader mentioned a "Killer Crockpot Lasagna " recipe but I forgot to get it before I left. I thought that would be something great to try - I've done numerous Google searches for it - it does come up in the search but when I go to the link, I can't find it - she mentioned low fat/fat free cottage cheese as one of the ingredients - anyone familiar with this recipe?
Anyway, I am training for the 3Day Breast Cancer walk which is a 60 mile, 3 day walk - they take place all over the US-I'll be walking in Philadelphia, PA - I'm determined to get down to 150 pounds - I have a ways to go and I'm finding that the older you get, the harder it is to lose the weight!
