Anyone from Ontario or canada?
 

I am a 42 year old single mother with 2 teenage daughters. I operate my own business which keeps me quite busy. Unfortunately, that means too much fast food. Keeping up with the girls schedules, and work, and the house....whew. It seems quick and easy works best. However, although my daughters, are very active, I worry about what our lifestyle is doing to them. Luckly they do not have a weight problem, but if we keep this up, the outcome can't be too promising. I currently am working to lose 60 pounds, and I came across this site through Homemakers magazine. I am just learning how to get around, but have enjoyed the things I have read so far. I look forward to talking with you.

Lots of women read that one. It's very popular. 3FC was mentioned in Oprah's magazine a few weeks ago too.
