Hi everyone. I'm a 22 year old Los Angeles native. My body weight has fluxed over the years. I'm currently at my ideal weight, but since both my mother and grandmother were skinny in their youth and now are battling weight problems,
I'm trying to avoid their dietary mistakes. I hope to develop a healthier lifestyle and better eating habits. I love to munch and snack, and especially eat a lot of junk food when I'm under stress. I look forward to interacting with everyone and seeking advice on better approaches to weight loss and management.
