I am 27 and am a SAHM to 4 girls. I am pretty seriously overweight. I have had back to back children and that has helped me in getting to a weight of 220 and I barely stand 5ft 4 in. I was thinking of the SBD but I am nursing, so I am not sure what the best thing for me is. But I have to do something. I have been on Curves before and I just went back last week for the first time since I had my baby (3 months.) My body fat % is 43%. I know I need to lose it, it's just a matter of how. It's so overwhelming b/c I have so much to lose.
