Hi... Well i'm new to this site. I'm glad I came across it. There seems to be alot of support here. And that's what I need. I've been saying for a some time now that it was time to get back into shape but I always seem to lose my way. But maybe now instead of giving up I can come here and get the support and help I need to stay on track.
