:D hi everyone ,Im janet ,im 42 but look much younger lo! ,
I live on the lincolnshire coast in england .
Ive been on and off diets for what seems like a life time , I was very successful last year and lost 49lbs ,unfortunatley after a very stressfull house move and a bout of depression I have put 25lbs of it back on ,so Im a bit fed up as you can imagine .
I have come on this site to meet like minded slimmers for a bit of inspiration etc, as I certainly intend to get rid of that weight again plus a bit more .

Hi Janet and welcome. Come join the UK forum. I too look a lot younger than I am and I have to say it's only since I hit 30 (now 35) that I've been pleased about it :D
