;) i don't know how I came across this site but have been reading it for the past week - brilliant. Fighting the flab is a hard task especially when you like to go out as much as I do.

Have you found the Featherweights threads? You could come and chat with the rest of us who just want to lose that last little bit.

How do I find the featherweights - do i use the search option? U have lost loads of weight - what diet did you do? I have been doing Slimming world - do you have that? My sister lives in Florida and she followed weight watchers for a time - she doesn't need to lose weight at all only around 7 half stone but she felt it was a healthy way to eat.:carrot:
