I've been lurking for a couple days now and thought I should register and say Hello. Hi Jane, I too am in Iowa. Atleast the weather has been nice to get in some outdoor activities. I joined 3FC 3 weeks ago, love it! Huge inspiration and great motivation. Congratulations on your loss so far, wonderful job!
