Just Joined in NC
Hi, I just joined 3FC. Saw the article in Oprah. I am just starting on an exercise and diet plan. I am looking for support and information. I live in NC with my husband. I need something to keep my mind off my son going to Iraq in June. So I thought I'll lose weight and concentrate on me. I have gained a fair amount of weight in the last 5 years. So hopefully I will lose it as obesity runs rampant in my family. I hope to be an active part of the forums. Thanks!
