I just joined today also, and I also am not at this moment on a diet! However, I will be starting low carb tomorrow. I've had the most success with low carb in the past, but got bored and got bad. I'm hoping this time to go more the way of South Beach, which seems more balanced and easier to sustain.
I also did Weight Watchers about 15 years ago and had good success -- I was the thinnest of my adult life -- but again I got bored.
I love food and cooking so much, it's hard to stick to anything for any length of time... I also like my cocktails and happy hour. So that doesn't always help!
But here I am again... I'm ready to start again and give it another shot. I find it funny I was able to quit smoking 10 years ago, but I'm still struggling with food.
